Update of Resumption

Japan Post is restarting its delivery to many countries with mainly EMS (Express Package). We still continue deliverying the package via EMS to the available countries. For the detail of Japan Post situation for your country, please check this page (English). It looks like we can make a package to many countries in European Union.

Almost in all orders, we use Japan Post to complete the package. If your country is listed in the “unavailable region”, please hold your order until Japan Post restarts their operation.

Shipping to United States

In October 8th, Japan Post, FINALLY, announced the resumption of their delivery to the U.S. Unfortunately, however, it is only available for the small package without tracking & insurance. For an order from the U.S., we still use either Surface (via Ship) or ask our partner (Upcylce Stitches) to fullfil the order.

Shipping to Australia

Depending on the order amount, we may be able to use the “Kuroneko Yamato”, the private courier in Japan. The shipping process is quite similar to the EMS. If you are interested in this Kuroneko Yamato, please let us know when you place the other. Otherwise, the order will be fulfilled by Surface.
