Where can we ship?

In Spring, Japan Post suspended their international shipping service to many countries. After several months past, we can now make a shipment with various methods (although Japan Post still suspend EMS/Air to some major countries). I summarize the shipping condition, as of July 2020, for each major destination.

*Please be advised that this is International Shipping. Therefore, a delay for many unforeseen reasons can happen. Once we make a shipment, there is not much things we can do to expedite the shipping. Of course, we will do everything to get you what you order.

*For the countries where Japan post resumed the service, we will use the Express mail to avoid any unfortunate delay & accident in this pandemic. If you prefer the cheaper shipping fee (about $16.00 USD) & understand the risk, please complete the payment with “Square” & leave the comment in check out so we can refund the difference.

*please be advised that a delay can happen depends on the Covid-19 situation

The United States

Japan Post still suspend the Air shipping to the United States, including the express & priority mail. Although we may fulfill the order via Surface Mail, it can take a long time to complete the delivery.

Canada

All of the service from Japan Post has resumed.

Australia

Japan Post still suspend the Air shipping to Australia, including the express & priority mail. We will fulfill the order via Surface Mail, with tracking & insurance.

Also, please visit our partner in Australia, Indigo Niche. They may be able to fulfill your needs.

New Zealand

All of the service from Japan Post has resumed.

United Kingdam

European Union

In most of the countries, all of the service from Japan Post has resumed. Also, in all of the countries in E.U., the Surface mail will be accepted. Please check the list below for the detail.

Please check the list below for the detail. (For example, the express & priority to Israel is not accepted now. For that, placing order in Upcycle Stitches may be a better alternative.
